The disputed texts, images, or passages will then be deleted or modified immediately so that no further infringement exists. A cease-and-desist letter from a lawyer to object to or enforce the infringement of intellectual property rights is unnecessary, and the associated costs will not be reimbursed by the media owner. Due to the prior commitment to delete/modify disputed texts, images, or passages, there is no reason to use a lawyer to object to, reprimand, or issue a cease-and-desist letter regarding the infringement of third-party rights.
