We also install and maintain an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution from Switzerland that covers a wide range of business needs. For all the cloud and software products we sell, we not only rely on renowned manufacturers but have also operated them in-house for many years.

With virtualization, databases, backup, and security solutions, we cover the complete portfolio that small and medium-sized enterprises need to run their businesses.

Your tasks

Supporting IT systems, installing and setting up hardware and software. Sounds boring, but it's not.

IT support and preparatory installation work are primarily carried out

remotely, by phone, and via remote maintenance. Even when things get busy and stressful, our customers always expect a friendly and competent employee, true to our motto: flexible – professional – fast.

Your profile

Passion and dedication, plus completed commercial or technical training (e.g., a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or an IT apprenticeship).

Basic knowledge of MS operating systems and network technology. Professional experience is not required but is desirable. An incomplete apprenticeship can be compensated for by your convincing demeanor and existing skills. Customer focus, commitment, and a willingness to learn are essential.

New ideas are welcome; anything that helps us move forward and makes everyday work easier is appreciated.

Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Spelling mistakes are allowed, the boss makes them too.

A Class B driver's license is desirable but not mandatory.

Your benefits - What we offer

We offer an extremely interesting and varied range of tasks with wonderful clients. Your work will primarily be done from your home office or directly on-site at the client's location.

Part-time positions between 20 and 38.5 hours per week are possible, as is a 4-day week.

We offer flexible working hours and a flexible schedule to accommodate our clients and their needs.

We don't expect overtime.

Swearing is allowed, just not in front of the client, because unfortunately, even the most renowned manufacturers sometimes deliver products that are incredibly frustrating – but we'll never be bored.

Good transport links (U4 subway line), and yes, you'll occasionally have to go into the office.

Your compensation

The initial classification is based on the IT collective agreement, taking into account your qualifications and professional experience.

A minimum salary of € 28,714 gross per year is based, for example, on a 38.5-hour work week in the entry-level position classified as General Activities (AT). Compensation is based on the IT collective agreement; higher pay is possible depending on progress and performance.
