Ticket System Znuny
We use the Znuny ticketing system. We have installed Znuny on our own servers in Vienna. When you send us an email to ticket@figuli.com or register, your title, last name, first name, phone number, email address, and password are stored. If you use the ticketing system via the portal, the ticket details are stored in the database. If you send emails to the ticketing system, the emails are transferred to the ticketing system.
Full-text search
For full-text search on our website, we use services from sitesearch360.com. Your text and voice input is not shared with third-party services such as Google Analytics.
For full-text search in the blogs, the integrated search function of the Domain Factory website builder is used.
Marketing & Advertising
We do not use any data for further marketing or advertising activities.
Social Media
We provide news on Facebook, but do not use any data in this context and do not conduct any profiling. Facebook is also not connected to the figuli.com website.
When using the respective service, your browser connects to the selected service provider. For example, your IP address, cookies, and other information are transmitted to the respective service provider when you interact with the social network. If you are logged into the corresponding social network platform, this visit will be associated with your user account.
